London, 9 October 2025: ZILO, the Global Technology and Innovation Leader specialising in asset and wealth management software, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Cole as chief operating officer, effective immediately and reporting to ZILO CEO Phil Goffin. Cole will be based in London.
As COO, Cole will support ZILO’s global expansion drive and implement processes and systems to prepare the company for the next stage of its development. He will oversee coordination across all ZILO operations, with a particular focus on key areas such as Legal, Finance, Information Security and Governance Resilience and Control, as well as Service Delivery and Project Management.
Cole brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in financial services, asset, and wealth management to ZILO. He joins from Fidelity International, where he most recently served as Head of Global Platform Solutions Delivery, leading global operations teams of over 1,100 employees across 10 international locations. During his tenure at Fidelity, he successfully delivered large-scale digital transformation, strengthened regulatory and risk frameworks, and championed inclusive, high-performing cultures.
Over the course of Cole's distinguished career, he has held senior roles at Barclays Wealth, Close Brothers, and JPMorgan, where he drove operational excellence and client-centric innovation.
